    PMI

    Project management exercises are important, some of the exercises are primary and answer important basic questions such as:

    • What are we going to do?
    • What will we have when it is done?
    • What will it cost, and how long will it go?
    • Who is going to do the work?
    • Who is empowered to make decisions that change the consequence?

    Many projects may have improved outcomes if all of the project’s stakeholders have identical answers for all of these questions. Almost all successful IT Ignite teams use key project management practices to keep stakeholders synchronized on these important topics.
